The BEST Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge



This easy Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge recipe lets you enjoy the delicious mix of creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate. It's the best treat for people who love peanut butter cups!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chopped about 20 mini cups
  • 1/2 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, whole for topping

Instructions:

Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later

Put the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave

To make the chocolate melt completely and the mixture smooth, heat it in 30-second increments and stir it after each one

Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix them in well

Mix the chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in slowly

Put the fudge mix into the pan that has been prepared

Use a spatula to smooth the top

Spread out the whole Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on top of the fudge

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 375F 190C

Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface

Spread melted coconut oil over the dough, then sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans evenly

Roll up the dough tightly, then slice it into 12 equal pieces

Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes

Drizzle maple syrup over the rolls, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown

Sweet Potato Cupcakes with Cinnamon-Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • For Frosting:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350 ?F 175?C and put paper liners in a cupcake tin

Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

Put away

Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in another bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Add the vanilla extract and mashed sweet potatoes and mix well

Add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture slowly, mixing in the buttermilk every so often

Start with the dry ingredients and end with the buttermilk

Don't mix any further than that

Fill each liner about two thirds of the way to the top with cupcake batter in the cupcake pan that has been prepared

In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Let the cupcakes cool for a few minutes in the pan, then move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

Melt the cream cheese and butter together

Then, beat them together until the frosting is smooth and creamy

After you add the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and powdered sugar, keep beating until everything is well mixed

Make the cinnamon-cream cheese frosting and put it on the cupcakes after they are completely cool

If you want, you can decorate the cupcakes with extra ground cinnamon or chopped nuts

Tarte automnale poire, datte et noisette - Sucre d'Orge et Pain d'Epices



This is a delicious seasonal tart that combines the sweet and warm tastes of poire, dates, and nuts with the holiday notes of oregano sugar and bread d'pices. Ideal pour les jours frches d'automne et les ftes de fin d'anne.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pte brise
  • 3 poires mres, peles et tranches
  • 100g de dattes, dnoyautes et haches
  • 50g de noisettes concasses
  • 50g de sucre d'orge
  • 1 cuillre caf de mlange d'pices pour pain d'pices
  • 3 ufs
  • 150ml de crme frache
  • 50g de sucre roux

Instructions:

Prchauffez le four 180C 350F

Droulez la pte brise dans un moule tarte et piquez le fond avec une fourchette

Rpartissez les tranches de poire sur le fond de tarte

Saupoudrez de dattes haches et de noisettes concasses

Dans un bol, fouettez les ufs avec la crme frache, le sucre roux, le sucre d'orge et le mlange d'pices pour pain d'pices

Versez ce mlange sur les poires, dattes et noisettes dans le moule tarte

Enfournez pendant 30 35 minutes, ou jusqu' ce que la tarte soit dore et que la garniture soit prise

Laissez refroidir avant de servir

Saupoudrez ventuellement de sucre d'orge supplmentaire pour dcorer

Grilled Zucchini Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups mixed greens

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Add the zucchini slices to a bowl and season with salt and pepper

Put the zucchini slices on the grill for two to three minutes on each side, or until they are soft and have grill marks

To make the dressing, mix the honey and balsamic vinegar in a different bowl using a whisk

Put grilled zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mixed greens in a large salad bowl

Pour the balsamic dressing over the salad and mix it all together

Broken up feta cheese and fresh basil should be put on top of the salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatziki sauce

Instructions:

Put the ground turkey, crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl

Combine the parts until they are well mixed

Cut the mixture into four equal parts and use your hands to form them into burger patties

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

Put a little oil on the grill grates or griddle to keep food from sticking

Cabbage Potato Pie



This pie is perfect for a cozy vegan dinner because it is full of tender potatoes and flavorful cabbage.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cabbage, shredded
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:

Add the vegetable broth, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper, along with the sliced potatoes

Mix well

Put the lid on top and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft

Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit

Use the ready-made vegan pie crust to line a pie dish

Fill the pie crust with the cabbage and potato mix

Spread it out evenly, and if you want, add another layer of pie crust on top

Cut a few holes in the top crust to let air flow

After the oven is hot, bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it
