Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, tzatziki sauce
Instructions:
Put the ground turkey, crumbled feta cheese, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl
Combine the parts until they are well mixed
Cut the mixture into four equal parts and use your hands to form them into burger patties
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
Put a little oil on the grill grates or griddle to keep food from sticking
The burger patties with turkey, feta, and spinach should be put on a hot grill or griddle
They should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done all the way through and have a nice char on the outside
You can put the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two to get a little brown color while the fish is cooking
Take the burgers off the grill or griddle when they're done
Add your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, and tzatziki sauce, to each burger patty and place it on a toasted bun
